\n Very fast drying, good anticorrosive power and ease of application, as well as high performance and coverage.<\/span><\/p>\n

Applications<\/span><\/strong>
\n For the protection against rust of all types of iron surfaces, fences, windows, doors, structures, etc…both in the workshop and on site.<\/span><\/p>\n

Technical Characteristics<\/span><\/strong>
\n \u00b7 Color: Grey. <\/span>
\n\u00b7 Anticorrosive effectiveness: Good (in moderate urban and industrial environments). <\/span>
\n\u00b7 Adhesion: Good. <\/span>
\n\u00b7 Touch drying: 15 \u00b1 7 minutes at 25 \u00b1 8oC. <\/span>
\n\u00b7 Repainting: Between 2-4 hours. <\/span>
\n\u00b7 Viscosity: 160 \u00b1 30\u201d F-4 (Ford cup no.4) at 25 \u00b1 8oC (ASTM D-1200). <\/span>
\n\u00b7 Density: 1.44 \u00b1 0.15 gr\/cc (UNE-EN-ISO 2811-1 and 2). <\/span>
\n\u00b7 Fineness: 6.5 \u00b1 1 HG (Hegman degrees) (UNE-EN-ISO 1524). <\/span>
\n\u00b7 Yield: 5-7 m2\/kg. <\/span>
\n\u00b7 Stability in packaging: More than 1 year in original closed packaging. <\/span>
\n\u00b7 Utensils: Cleaning with Cleaning Solvent or Universal Solvent.<\/span><\/p>\n

Approvals and Tests<\/span><\/strong>
\n Reaction to fire, UNE-EN 13501-1:07+A1:2010 standard, European classes: A2, S1, d0. <\/span>
\nSurface Preparation <\/span>
\nClean and degrease the surface well, remove poorly adhered paint and brush <\/span>
\nrust spots or oxidized parts, until obtaining shiny iron (st.2).<\/span><\/p>\n

Instructions for use<\/span><\/strong>
\n Reduce with our Universal Solvent to spray application viscosity. It must be <\/span>
\napplied with a spray gun, leaving the distribution uniform. <\/span>
\nOn these primers it is necessary to apply our synthetic finishing enamels <\/span>
\nsuch as Blatemlux, Pintaluz, etc.<\/span><\/p>\n

Recommendations<\/span><\/strong>
\n Stir the contents of the container until the product is homogenized. <\/span>
\nAfter use, cover the container, trying to leave little air space if it takes a while <\/span>
\nto use it again.<\/span><\/p>\n

Presentation<\/span><\/strong>
\n In containers of 5 and 20 kg.<\/span><\/p>\n

Storage<\/span><\/strong>
\n Maximum recommended storage time: 12 months in its original container, well <\/span>
\nclosed and protected from the elements (covered and at a temperature between 5 and 35\u00baC).<\/span><\/p>\n
