\nIts specific mission is to delay the destructive action of a fire. It reacts in the presence and <\/span>

\nProlongs the stability of structures and construction elements subjected to the high <\/span>
\ntemperatures of a fire.<\/span><\/p>\n

FIELD OF APPLICATION<\/span><\/strong>
\n Fire protection of all types of structural steel elements. <\/span>
\nDue to its special characteristics, it is used in the passive protection against fire of <\/span>
\nstructural elements of buildings, both private and for public use (homes, apartments, offices, <\/span>
\nhotels, hospitals, schools, supermarkets, shows, stairs, etc.), complying with the <\/span>
\nrequirements of the Technical Building Code. <\/span>
\nIn the habitat areas of a ship. <\/span>
\nIts use is especially important for passive protection against fire in industry in <\/span>
\ngeneral (industrial warehouses, supports, warehouses, silos, etc.), complying with the requirements of the <\/span>

PRELIMINARY TREATMENT OF SURFACES<\/span><\/strong>
\n Metal surfaces: They must be previously primed with products with high <\/span>
\nanti-corrosion capacity, compatible with the intumescent coating and proven to be <\/span>
\nfire-retardant in nature, such as HK-2-E, ST-28, TAC PRIMER, etc. <\/span>
\nNon-metallic surfaces: On wood, plaster, cement, etc., please consult our<\/span><\/p>\n

APPLICATION METHOD<\/span><\/strong>
\n Thoroughly homogenize the contents of the container, preferably with a mechanical stirrer. The product <\/span>
\nis served ready for use. To facilitate its application with an airless spray, it can be diluted with a <\/span>
\nmaximum of 10% STF. Do not use other solvents. <\/span>
\nBrush: Only for touch-ups and small areas. Apply without diluting. <\/span>
\nRoller: Apply without diluting. Use long hair wool rollers. <\/span>
\nAirbrush gun: Pressure boiler. <\/span>
\nDilute with 5 to 15% STF. <\/span>
\nPressure, 4 Kgs\/cm2 <\/span>

\nAirless gun (*): Dilute with 0 to 10% STF. <\/span>

PRECAUTIONS<\/span><\/strong>
\n The application must be carried out with abundant supply of air or with ventilation systems prepared for this purpose. <\/span>
\nThe usual personal protection elements must be used to avoid ingestion, inhalation or <\/span>
\ncontact with the skin. Normal fire precautions must be taken during application. <\/span>
\nKeep containers tightly closed after use. Do not throw waste into the drain. <\/span>
\nStorage stability: 1 year in its original closed containers and in good <\/span>
\nstorage conditions.<\/span><\/p>\n
