\n Polyurethane lacquer with silk satin finish for interiors and for exteriors on covered surfaces.<\/span><\/p>\n

Properties<\/span><\/strong>
\n Excellent hardness, performance and ease of application. <\/span>
\nIt has a satin finish with a luxury lacquer look, <\/span>
\nit is washable, colourless, elastic and transparent, offering <\/span>
\ngreat resistance to friction, scratches, cleaning products, liquor stains, etc.<\/span><\/p>\n

Applications<\/span><\/strong>
\n For the varnishing of all types of wooden surfaces in covered interiors and exteriors, such as furniture, doors, cupboards etc.<\/span><\/p>\n

Technical characteristics<\/span><\/strong>

\n\u00b7 Leveling: Excellent. <\/span>
\n\u00b7 Adhesion: Good. <\/span>
\n\u00b7 Broaching: Good. <\/span>
\n\u00b7 Drying: 2 h 45′ \u00b1 1 hour at 25 \u00b1 8\u00baC. <\/span>
\n\u00b7 Repainting: 18 – 24 hours. <\/span>
\n\u00b7 Viscosity: 120 \u00b1 35\u201d F-4 (Ford Cup no. 4) at 25 \u00b1 8oC (ASTM D-1200). Density: 0.95 \u00b1 <\/span>
\n0.10 gr\/cc (UNE-EN-ISO 2811-1 and 2). <\/span>
\n\u00b7 Performance: 13 – 16 m2\/lt. <\/span>
\n\u00b7 Hardness: Excellent. <\/span>
\n\u00b7 Rubbing resistance: Excellent. <\/span>
\n\u00b7 Stability in packaging: More than a year in original sealed packaging. Tools: Cleaning with <\/span>

Surface Preparation<\/span><\/strong>
\n \u00b7 New wood: After the wood is dry, sand it well and remove the dust. <\/span>
\n\u00b7 Varnished wood: If the varnish is in good condition, gently peel and remove the dust. If the varnish is in bad condition, remove it with rails and proceed as with <\/span>
\nnew wood.<\/span><\/p>\n

Use<\/span><\/strong>
\n \u00b7 New wood in interiors: Apply one coat of our Aquafond (tapaporus) or our <\/span>
\nPolyuret\u00e0 Fons 799 (polyurethane tapaporus) to seal the wood. Then <\/span>
\napply two coats of Barnilac. Product ready to use. <\/span>
\n\u00b7 New exterior wood not exposed to the sun or rain: Apply one coat of our <\/span>
\nPolyurethane Foundation 799 (polyurethane capping) to seal the wood. Then apply two <\/span>
\ncoats of Barnilac as in wood for interiors. <\/span>
\n\u00b7 Varnished wood in good condition: Once peeled and clean, apply two coats of Barnilac on reheated surfaces as in the previous cases. <\/span>
\n\u00b7 Varnished wood in poor condition: Once stripped and clean, proceed as with <\/span>
\nnew wood. Apply the product in thin layers and respecting the repainting times.<\/span><\/p>\n

Recommendations<\/span><\/strong>
\n Do not apply on heated surfaces. <\/span>
\nStir the contents of the container until the product is homogeneous. <\/span>
\nAfter use, cover the container trying to leave little air space, if it will take <\/span>
\na long time to use again.<\/span><\/p>\n

Presentation<\/span><\/strong>
\n Available in sizes 250 ml, 750 ml and 4 liters.<\/span><\/p>\n

Storage<\/span><\/strong>
\n Maximum recommended storage time: 12 months in its original container well <\/span>
\nclosed and sheltered from the weather (covered and temperature between 5 and 35\u00baC).<\/span><\/p>\n
